I told you last week that HF 309, the Minnesota Constitutional Carry Act of 2017, was introduced in the Minnesota State House by Representative Cal Bahr.

Initial supporters of the legislation include Reps. Drazkowski, Hertaus, McDonald, Lohmer, Newberger, Howe, Poston and Erickson.

We shouldn’t have to ask government for permission, pay a tax or fee, sit through a waiting period, or submit to an intrusive government check just exercise our Second Amendment rights.”
