But if we don’t fight back immediately, it won’t be the last time the Left imposes it on us — nor will it be the ‘worst’ we will see.

Friday morning, Gov. Tim Walz signed the most tyrannical piece of legislation into law that Minnesota has ever seen.
That’s why Minnesota Gun Rights is going to drag Walz and his new gun control law into Federal Court, and we need your help to make it happen!
Unfortunately, Universal Background Checks (AKA Statewide Gun Registration) has been upheld in many liberal courts throughout the years and would be very difficult to take legal action against.
But not Red Flag Laws!
In liberal states like New York, Supreme Court Justice Thomas E. Moran found their Red Flag law to be unconstitutional and we believe we can achieve the same result here in Minnesota!
That’s why Minnesota Gun Rights is gearing up to drag Tim Walz — and his new Red Flag Gun Confiscation law — kicking and screaming into Federal Court!
Truthfully, the details of this new law are simply breathtaking. Beginning August 1st of this year, Minnesota’s new Red Flag law:
- Allows a liberal judge to order the seizure of your firearms based on an allegation that you ‘might be dangerous.’ This action will take place before you’ve been charged or convicted of ANYTHING!
- Allows these hearings to take place in SECRET! Known as an “ex-parte” hearing, the first time you would know that your guns are being confiscated is when a SWAT team comes to your home to seize your firearms!
- Requires your guns to be taken for a MINIMUM of 6 months and creates an almost automated renewal process, meaning that in most cases a gun owner who is disarmed through these laws will NEVER get their firearms back!
- Destroys due process of law and the concept of “innocent until proven guilty.” Under our normal system of law, a person would have to be charged, tried and convicted of certain crimes before losing Constitutional rights, but NOT under Minnesota’s new Red Flag Gun Confiscation law!
THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
The Radical Left has just moved us into ‘check’ in their strategic war on our Second Amendment, and if we don’t fight back now, Tim Walz and the Democrats in St Paul are just going to come back with MORE gun control.
Some have asked how it can get worse, and that’s easy to answer.
The Left has already shown us their plan by implementing Red Flag laws and Universal Background Checks in other states.
In a few years, when crime rates in Minnesota SOAR as criminals now know it’s much harder for law-abiding gun owners to exercise their rights, the Left will come back and tell us the problem is ‘the guns in circulation.’
This will lead to magazine bans, AR-15 bans, mandated storage laws and a lot more.
But with the Bruen decision last year and courts in places like New York State already ruling against Red Flag laws, it’s clear there is only one way to stop Tim Walz.
We’re going to have to drag his ass into court.
But to do that, we’re going to have to raise funds fast!
We’ve already engaged a fantastic law firm that has a history of successfully fighting for gun owners in district courts, in Federal Circuit Courts and before the United States Supreme Court!
And while our full plan is still being hashed out, and there will be a LOT more details to share in the days ahead, it’s clear that Minnesota Gun Rights needs to raise funds to fight in court — and we need to do it FAST!
