I just got done reading House File 3022 and there’s no other way to say this, freedom is under attack.
On Monday, anti-gun militant state Representative Linda Slocum introduced what can only be described as a gun control MEGA bill.
As you know, for years anti-gunners and their cohorts in the Capitol have been trying to pass gun control bills and have only been stopped by all of your activism!
But this year will be an entirely new fight as national gun control organizations are teaming up with the most radical gun grabbers in the Capitol to attack your right to bear arms.
Representative Linda Slocum (DFL-50A) is determined to fundamentally alter our way of life here in Minnesota.
Under Representative Slocum’s Gun Control MEGA Bill H.F. 3022:
*** So-called “Universal Background Checks” would be mandated –
no exceptions;
As many Second Amendment supporters understand, the ONLY way this
can be enforced is with a statewide registry. And registration is just the
first step toward outright CONFISCATION;
*** All so-called “Assault Weapons” would be BANNED;
The language is so loose that nearly every modern semi-automatic rifle
that you can think of would be deemed an “Assault Rifle”.
*** Police inspections of all firearms and mandatory storage
requirements;
Under this law, all firearms in your home would have to be stored in
whatever way your local police department deems fit.
More than that, you will be required to let those officers inspect your
home at any time they see fit to make sure you’re in compliance with their
new storage requirements.
*** All suppressors would be BANNED;
*** All magazines over 10 rounds will be illegal and must be destroyed
or moved out of state.
*** If a gun owner who is required to pay child support misses a few payments
for any reason, they would LOSE their Second Amendment rights;
*** ALL ammo purchases would be tracked and traced as gun owners
would be required to fill out paperwork explaining to the government what
the “intended use” is for.
*** All gun owners would be required to wait 2 days before being
able to purchase a firearm.
This is just the START of the bill. It goes on and on.
Already this bill is gaining major traction as nearly a dozen anti-gun legislators have signed on as co-sponsors and are doing their level best to move this bill.
As aggressive as Linda Slocum is I’m afraid that’s not the worst of it.
You see, “Moms Demand Action”, one of the nation’s leading proponents of gun control, is on the war path in Minnesota with Linda Slocum and her allies trying to destroy your right to keep and bear arms!
That’s why Minnesota Gun Rights is preparing to mount a massive defense of our gun rights freedom but I need you to stand with me.
Already Bloomberg funded front organizations like Moms Demand Action have spent tens of MILLIONS of dollars attacking gun rights across the country.
Insiders report that they’re willing to spend whatever it takes to FORCE their way of life down our throats here in Minnesota.

Will you and I stand for radical outsiders funded by Billionaires from New York altering our way of life and our right to defend ourselves and our loved ones here in Minnesota?
