The days of taking it for granted that our supposed allies in Saint Paul will simply DEFEAT Tim Walz and Speaker Hortman’s radical anti-gun attacks are over.
BILLIONAIRE anti-gun activist Michael Bloomberg and his anti-gun Commies at “Moms Demand Action” and are on the march in Minnesota and more emboldened than ever.
They’re convinced that having Biden in D.C., Tim Walz in the Governor’s mansion, Democrats in control of the Minnesota House and multiple local gang shootings to latch onto will give them the momentum they need to destroy our Second Amendment once and for all.
That’s why radical anti-gun Representative Steve Sandell has launched an all-out assault on our Second Amendment freedoms – his bill H.F. 2705 includes everything from REGISTRATION of virtually EVERY semi-automatic firearm, a BAN on all magazines that hold over 10 rounds of ammo, FORCED reporting requirements and MORE!
And with many weak-kneed politicians looking to appease the gun-grabbers ahead of the November elections — I’m worried they could get the votes to RAM this disastrous gun-control bill into law!
As you’ll see, these petitions insist that your State Representative and Senator vote “NO!” on H.F. 2705, the radical gun-control bill that Representative Steve Sandell and his anti-gun cohorts are feverishly mobilizing support for.
This bill includes:
*** Statewide REGISTRATION of ALL semi-automatic firearms;
The language in H.F. 2705 is so loose that it would require registration of nearly EVERY semi-automatic rifle, shotgun or pistol that you can think of.
That would include something as simple as a Ruger 10/22 rifle or your 12ga 870 bird gun!
*** A BAN on so-called “High Capacity” magazine;
Under H.F. 2705, all magazines over 10 rounds would be OUTLAWED in the state of Minnesota!
If the bill gets passed, you’d be given three choices: 1. Destroy the magazine. 2. Move the magazines out of state. 3. Turn them into law enforcement.
All of this would need to be done before August 1st.
*** FORCED requirements to report lost or stolen firearms!
Under H.F. 2705, if you left a .22 varmint rifle behind the seat of your farm truck and “forgot” it was there for a few days you could be brought up on CRIMINAL CHARGES.
That’s because you’re required to report a “missing firearm” to your Sheriff’s office in 48 hours or less!
If this radical anti-gun bill starts to get rolling, it could be an utter DISASTER for our Second Amendment freedoms.
After all, Governor Tim Walz would happily sign any gun control bill that his legislative water-boys could put on his desk.
And it’s downright scary to see just how close that is to happening . . .
As it stands today, Democrats have a firm hold of the Minnesota House with Communist Speaker Melissa Hortman chomping at the bit to pass gun control, just like she did in 2019 and 2020!
And don’t forget, the Senate GOP has a slim majority and several suburban Republicans have been long-time supporters of gun control in the past, with some of them even sponsoring their own statewide gun registration bills with Senate Democrats!
With Bloomberg’s millions, it’s a safe bet he can find at least a couple State Senators who’ll join with the gun-grabbers after a little arm twisting.
And with political experts looking closely at the upcoming elections, we’re seeing plenty of politicians seeking to “cut a deal” with the gun-grabbers as well.
Not only that, but many GOP insiders and consultants are advising State Representatives and Senators to hurry up and “compromise” on this gun control to help them look “reasonable”
to voters in 2022 and appease our anti-gun, Leftist state media.
So without an overwhelming show of FORCE against this anti-gun assault, the gun-grabbers believe they have everything they need to RAM gun control into law!
That’s why we simply cannot afford to let this attack on our Second Amendment rights go unanswered.
The gun-grabbers are counting on Second Amendment supporters to sit back and do nothing. They’re counting on us to look at our weak GOP majority in the Senate and think, “nothing bad could happen.”
If we do that, it’ll be like rolling out the red carpet for Michael Bloomberg and Representative Sandell.
If possible, I hope you’ll consider an EMERGENCY contribution as well.

1) Generating 125,000 petitions from all over Minnesota insisting the State Legislature STAND UP and STOP Representative Sandell’s anti-gun assault;
2) Using email, social media and Internet ads to mobilize an additional 50,000 Minnesota citizens to this fight;
3) Working the blogs and granting media interviews to explain to law-abiding gun owners the stakes in this in the 2022 legislative session;
4) Paying for hard-hitting radio, newspaper and even TV ads if they prove necessary to stop this bill.
And remember, the more gun owners we can mobilize, the better our chances at turning back the Left’s all-out election assault in 2022.
